Director Solution Architect – Central Europe & Middle East (m/f/d)

**Director Solution Architect – Central Europe & Middle East** is a strategic pre-sales leadership role responsible for driving solution architecture, proposal strategy, and commercial structuring across our highest-impact opportunities. Spanning Central Europe and Middle East markets (with an immediate focus on Saudi Arabia), this role leads solutioning on complex deals while instituting deal governance, quality assurance, and AI-driven methodologies across the regional portfolio.

This role operates in a deliberate pre-sales capacity, distinct from Delivery leadership, ensuring solution integrity, margin protection, and high-win-rate architectures before handover.

**Key Responsibilities**

• \*\*Deal Leadership & Solution Architecture:\*\* Act as the lead solution architect on the region's largest, most complex opportunities, designing innovative, high-margin, and winning proposal strategies.
• **Portfolio Coaching & Practice Standards: Coach and support solution leads across the regional deal portfolio, driving adoption of the Solutioning Principles v1.0** framework and its core rituals.
• \*\*Middle East Expansion (Priority Focus):\*\* Embed directly within the Middle East core team to address immediate client demand and support growth strategies in Saudi Arabia.
• \*\*Solution QA & Governance:\*\* Serve as the regional Quality Assurance Director for pre-sales, reviewing and approving solutions ahead of formal governance sign-offs.
• \*\*Commercial Risk & Pricing Strategy:\*\* Drive robust fixed-price structuring, commercial deal mechanics, and risk mitigation across proposals.
• **Methodology & Innovation: Maximize leverage of proprietary assets, frameworks, and AI Works** capabilities across all solution designs.

**Job qualifications**

**Technical Skills**

• multiple years of professional experience, with at least 8+ years in a leadership role at a **consultancy**.
• Fluent in German (C1) & English

**Professional Skills**

• Proven success in leading and delivering **multi-million pound, multi-year transformation** **programs.**

**Fixed price programme delivery experience multiple years**

• Expert-level ability to **manage project scope and commercial performance**, ensuring delivery stays aligned with agreed-upon milestones and business objectives.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a natural ability to **translate complex strategic concepts** for both technical teams and C-suite stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying **change management frameworks** to ensure high user adoption and the long-term sustainability of business outcomes.
• A track record of identifying and securing **follow-on opportunities** through delivery excellence and deep understanding of client needs.
• Nice to have: Master's degree in a relevant field or an MBA.
• Nice to have: Willingness to relocate to the Middle East (mid-term)
