Customer Support Agent (m/f/d) (Kundendienstberater/in)

We are looking for a **Customer Support Agent (m/f/d)** working 39h/week to start immediately.

What you will do:

• Efficiently manage customer requests through a ticketing system and over the phone
• Provide expert answers and technical support for our clients regarding the usage of our software and products, while presenting the value of our portfolio
• Conduct virtual and face-to-face trainings to showcase how our software solutions work
• Utilize and contribute to FAQ documentation to enable internal knowledge sharing
• Maintain daily recordings, e. g. logging and documenting issues in our systems
• Channel customer feedback to other departments (IT, Business Development, etc.)

What we are looking for:

• Degree or completed vocational training in the field of business, communication or equivalent
• 1-2 years of practical experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly supportive attitude within a team
• Proficient in English (C1 level); any other languages are beneficial
