Working Student - Business Management (Fachberater/in - Finanzdienstleistungen)

For our Business Management Operations team, we are looking for a Working Student. In this role you will be involved in the transition into the new Business Management organizational structure within Operations.

**Your tasks and responsibilities:**

• Independently develop process documentation in collaboration with operational departments, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Support international projects, programs, and innovation initiatives, including coordination functions within operational departments.
• Continuously improve and automate KPI reporting for the management board.
• Prepare ad-hoc decision-making documents for the Head of Operations.
• Coordinate governance and control processes.

**Your skills and experience:**

• You are an enrolled student of economics, business law, or a comparable degree program.
• Confident demeanour and good communication skills.
• High level of teamwork, commitment, and independence.
• Very good English and German language skills.
