Purchaser to be stationed in Helsingör

• A structured person, with experience and background from purchasing, sourcing and/or negotiations
• Fluent in English and the Nordic languages (written and spoken).
• Knowledge and experience about the Nordic FMCG market
• Experience with implementing Lean principles in SPL organisations is an big advantage.
• Knowledge of Axapta/other procurement tools and Office programs is an big advantage

• Sourcing, purchasing & negotiation – qualification of existing and/or new suppliers and products, quotations, price development reporting, claims handling, business terms and conditions negotiation.
• Purchase Order Management - Order follow-up
• Supplier-, product-, claim-, and price data analyses
• Work for increased profitability in our vendor portfolio and reduce procurement costs
• Analyses, registration and follow up of price and product quotations etc.
• Maintain and develop good and effective supplier relations
• Participant and central in projects related to order follow-up managements and procurement systems
• Visit the key suppliers and perform quality controls. Travels are included in the job
• Assisting the General Manager to ensure strategic procurement
• Ensure that purchases are in accordance with laws, regulations and group policy Birgma European Service Company Aps is a part of an international purchasing organization.
