Customer Order Manager (d/f/m) (Customer-Experience-Manager/in)

For our well-known customer Airbus we are looking for a new team member! Your Tasks

• Manage Repair, Lease and Exchange orders for Airbus Proprietary Parts
• Act as the key contact for global customers, airlines, MROs, suppliers and repair stations
• Monitor orders, KPIs, delivery times, costs and quality across the end-to-end supply chain
• Coordinate customer issues, complaints and AOG requests with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure proactive customer communication on repair status and alternative solutions
• Support purchasing, sales and material management processes
• Prepare performance reports and support continuous improvement projects
• Coordinate the timely transfer of parts to repair stations Your Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• Experience in planning/material procurement
• Experience in Customer Service, Supplier Management and Process Improvement
• Project Management experience
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, SAP and Google Workspace
• Fluent English
• German, French or Spanish is an advantage
• Strong customer orientation, communication and organizational skills
• High level of ownership, resilience and intercultural awareness What we can offer you
