Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines.

Monitor and manage project costs to ensure expenditures align with the budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control measures

Ensure project execution complies with contractual conditions during Civil Works and Site Readiness phases

Collaborate with site management to develop detailed project plans, including schedules and resource allocation

Ensure each site is equipped with the necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to meet project objectives

Track project progress across sites, compile reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders

Support BOP Supervisors in resolving construction issues or delays

Ensure all site activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations

Facilitate communication between sites and other departments during Civil Works and Site Readiness phases

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing construction projects, preferably in the wind energy, renewable energy, or construction sectors

Strong ability to monitor and manage project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost-control measures effectively

Proficiency in developing comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management

Excellent problem-solving abilities to address construction challenges and delays promptly

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and coordination with stakeholders at all levels

In-depth understanding of wind energy construction processes, equipment, and industry regulations

Familiarity with project management software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera) and cost management tools

Fluency in English (minimum B2 - C1 Level); additional language skills (Spanish, German) are an advantage

A valid driver’s license recognized in Germany is required for this position
