Tooling Engineer (d/f/m) AIRBUS (Ingenieur/in - Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik)

As a Tooling Engineer (d/f/m) in Stade, you will design jigs, tools, and manufacturing aids for demanding production and development processes. The focus is on engineering design, technical coordination, and the structured handover through to final approval. Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze, evaluate, and technically approve jigs, tools, and manufacturing aids.
• Act as the technical interface to suppliers within project activities and support supplier management.
• Prepare specifications for the procurement of jigs, tools, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Support the selection of technical project suppliers based on defined criteria and technical requirements.
• Create, review, and validate engineering and manufacturing datasets.
• Work closely with the Quality Department on acceptance tracking and handover activities.
• Design using 3DX and CATIA, while coordinating closely with manufacturing and production teams.
• Consolidate technical requirements related to process analysis and manufacturing optimization and contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes. VORAUSSSETZUNGEN: Your Qualifications:
• Completed degree in Engineering or a comparable technical qualification with practical experience in design, manufacturing, or production. - 3 years of professional experience, ideally in tooling, tool development, or manufacturing engineering.
• Good knowledge of CATIA, 3DX, or comparable design environments.
• Experience in supplier management, supplier coordination, and technical collaboration with external partners.
• Practical experience in project management, requirements management, and structured design planning.
• Strong understanding of process analysis, manufacturing optimization, and the implementation of technical solutions.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Full-time position with a 35-hour work week.
• Willingness to undertake occasional business travel (approximately two to three trips per year).
• Strong organizational skills, high self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure.
• Initial experience with Click'n Buy and Google Workspace is considered an advantage. Benefits: Our benefits:
