Supply Chain Assistant - temporary assignment

Looking for a new challenge in supply chain within an international and forward-thinking organization?

As a Supply Chain Assistant you will support the supply chain team with daily tasks such as:

• Manage material availability and inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain SAP MRP parameters and follow up on shortages, replenishmen, and planning activities.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering and Operations teams to resolve material-related issues.
• Analyze KPIs and SAP reports to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support process improvement and optimization initiatives for critical materials and supply chain workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of SAP, MRP planning and inventory management processes.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
