Bar Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Bar Manager to join our hospitality team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and daily operation of the bar, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and customer experience. Duties will include supervising bar staff, managing schedules, overseeing stock control and ordering, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining consistent service standards. The role also involves staff training, cost control, and supporting business performance. Applicants must have a minimum of five years’ proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a bar or hospitality environment, strong leadership and organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a professional hospitality operation and to take on a senior role within the team.

Salary: €36,605 per year, 39 hours per week, €18.05 per hour
