Export Coordinator

SSL Shipping Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to join our team in Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year’s experience in a similar role and must be fluent in an Indian language. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate import and export shipments from start to finish. • Liaise with customers, carriers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure shipments are processed efficiently. • Prepare and process all relevant shipping documentation, including HAWB, MAWB and IATA Airway Bills. • Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure all data is kept up to date. • Ensure shipping documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with operational and legal requirements. • Ensure compliance with relevant IATA, GDP, HPRA, aviation, QSHE and ISO standards. • Support the smooth and efficient operation of the export process. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
