Procurement & Tender Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating tender opportunities from initial review through to submission and subsequent client engagement. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, and confidence in dealing with internal teams, clients, suppliers and procurement bodies. This is a coordination-focused position involving the preparation of tender information, management of supporting records, review of procurement requirements and communication with relevant stakeholders throughout the bidding process.
