Job Description

Pallet Service AC Ltd is seeking a reliable and experienced Wooden Pallet Repairer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, repairing and restoring wooden pallets to the required quality and safety standards.

Main duties include:

Inspecting wooden pallets and identifying damaged boards, blocks and components.

Dismantling damaged sections of pallets where necessary.

Measuring and cutting replacement timber using appropriate saws and tools.

Repairing and rebuilding pallets using pneumatic nail guns, hand tools and other suitable equipment.

Replacing damaged boards and blocks.

Checking repaired pallets for strength, stability and overall condition.

Grading and sorting pallets according to company quality standards.

Maintaining a clean and safe working area.

Following all company health and safety procedures.

Applicants should be comfortable working with hand and power tools and carrying out physical work in a busy pallet repair environment.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: €37,544 per annum / €18.05 per hour
