Assistant Restaurant Manager

MANA CATERING LIMITED, t/a Mana Premium Takeaway, Located: Sarsfield Street, Kilmallock, Co. Limerick, V35 DD82, Ireland, require an Assistant Restaurant Manager for a busy Restaurant.

Minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for manage food and beverage operations.

Ability to delegate and lead a team of staff.

Other requirements include:

• Similar experience in modern dining environment
• Comply with HACCP control and maintain standards of hygiene.

Relevant culinary qualifications desirable.

Salary: €36,650 per annum.

Hours: 39 hours per week.

Location: Mana Premium Takeaway, Sarsfield Street, Kilmallock, Co. Limerick, V35 DD82, Ireland.
