Garden Maintenance Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Navan, Co. Meath

Hours: 1–2 days per week (Flexible / Weather dependent)

Rate of Pay: Paid hourly (Competitive rate based on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Summer Helper to join our team for 1 to 2 days a week carrying out high-quality garden and grounds maintenance across the Meath and wider area. This is a perfect role for someone looking for flexible summer work who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in a job well done.

An interest or background in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping is highly preferred.

Key Duties Include:

Lawn Mowing & Edging: Operating machinery to maintain lawns to a high standard.

Hedging Work: Assisting with hedge cutting and trimming.

Weed Control: Carrying out both manual weeding and spraying.

General Maintenance: Tidying sites, clearing debris, and any other duties as designated by your supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications:

A strong work ethic, reliability, and physical fitness for outdoor manual work.

Previous experience or an interest in gardening/landscaping is a major plus.

A Handheld Pesticide Spraying Certificate (PA1/PA6) is highly advantageous but not strictly essential.

Must be able to travel to/around the Meath area.
