Ground Worker

Slav Construction Building Contractor are currently recruiting Ground Worker for their site located at 34 Sandhills, Hacketstown Road, Carlow Town, Co. Carlow

Key Responsibilities:

Clear vegetation, level ground, and set up site boundaries, fencing, and safety signage.

Dig trenches for foundations, footings, and services using manual tools and small mechanical plant equipment (e.g., mini-excavators and dumpers).

Install and connect surface water drainage, foul sewers, manholes, and ducting for utilities.

Pour, lay, and finish concrete for sub-bases, floor slabs, kerbs, paths, and driveways.

Adhere strictly to site safety guidelines, wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and report site hazards immediately.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience working as a ground worker

Total remuneration for this role is €36,605 to €45,000 per annum based on experience.
