Description of Employment
Allpro Security Services Ireland Limited is seeking experienced Painters to carry out interior and exterior painting and decorating work on residential and commercial construction projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
Read and interpret drawings, specifications and work instructions.
Inspect and prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding and filling as required.
Protect floors, fittings and surrounding areas before commencing work.
Prepare and mix paints, primers and other specified coating materials.
Apply primers, undercoats, paints and protective or decorative finishes using brushes, rollers or spray equipment as appropriate.
Complete finishing and touch-up work to the required quality standard.
Work to agreed quality and productivity targets.
Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in a safe and orderly condition.
Comply with all site health and safety requirements.
Work effectively with other trades and site management.
Requirements and Skills
Minimum five years' verifiable relevant experience in painting.
Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification, or the ability to obtain them before commencing work.
Ability to prepare surfaces and apply finishes accurately to a high standard.
Ability to work as part of a team with strong communication skills.
No formal education requirement; relevant trade experience is essential.
Location(s) of Employment
The employment will be carried out at various residential and commercial construction sites in Dublin and other locations in Ireland, as required by the employer.

Hours of Work Offered
39 hours per week.
Minimum Annual Remuneration
€48,144.72 gross basic salary per annum (€23.74 gross per hour, based on 39 hours per week over 52 weeks).
