Deli Charge-Hand

Location: Co. Tipperary, Ireland

Full-Time | 39 Guaranteed Hours | Accommodation Support

An established retail business in County Tipperary is recruiting an experienced Deli Charge-hand to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a busy deli department.

The offer

€16.00–€16.50 gross per hour, depending on experience

40 guaranteed hours per week

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Occasional weekend flexibility required

Private bedroom available

Accommodation: €125 per week + bills

Requirements

Minimum 2 years relevant deli/food-service experience required

Supervisory or Charge-hand experience preferred

Staff rostering and team coordination experience

Stock ordering, stock control and waste management

Good knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene

Good English and customer-service skills

Reliable, organised and able to lead by example

Main Duties

Overseeing daily deli operations, food preparation and presentation, coordinating staff, preparing rosters, ordering and controlling stock, reducing waste and maintaining high food-safety and customer-service standards.
