Employment Details

Position: Spa Therapist

Contract Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Salary

€15.50 per hour (Monday–Saturday)

€17.00 per hour (Sunday)

Commission: Additional commission is payable on retail product sales.

Approximately 39 hours per week

Staff Accommodation

Accommodation Cost: €50–€80 per week depending on room size.

Main Responsibilities

Deliver professional massage and body treatments.

Perform facial and beauty therapies.

Recommend suitable skincare products.

Maintain treatment rooms to luxury standards.

Provide exceptional customer care.

Ensure hygiene and health & safety compliance.

Promote spa packages and retail products.

Work closely with the spa reception and management team.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should ideally have:

Recognised Spa Therapy qualification.

Previous experience within a hotel or luxury spa.

Good English communication skills.

Excellent customer care.

Professional presentation.

Sales confidence for recommending retail products.

Positive, friendly personality.
