Dún og fiður ehf. leitar að áreiðanlegum og þjónustulunduðum starfsmanni í þjónustu og afgreiðslu.

Helstu verkefni og ábyrgð:

Umsjón með afgreiðslu og aðstoð við viðskiptavini.

Almenn þjónusta, ráðgjöf og sölumennska.

Framleiðsla á sængum og koddum

Önnur tilfallandi verkefni.

Hæfniskröfur:

Rík þjónustulund, jákvæðni og lipurð í mannlegum samskiptum.

Stundvísi, sjálfstæði og vönduð vinnubrögð.

Geta til að tjá sig vel á íslensku (enska er kostur).

Vinnutíminn er breytilegur og nánari útfærsla er samkomulagsatriði.

Starfið gæti því hentað vel með öðru eða þeim sem vantar sveigjanleika.

Dún og fiður ehf. is seeking a reliable, service-minded, and customer-focused individual to join our team in customer service and sales.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing the store and assisting customers.

Providing general customer service, product advice, and sales support.

Manufacturing duvets and pillows.

Other related duties as required.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal abilities.

Punctual, independent, and conscientious work habits.

Ability to communicate effectively in Icelandic (English is an advantage).

Working hours are flexible, and the exact arrangement will be agreed upon with the successful candidate.
