Electrical maintenance technician

<p>For our client in the <strong>OSTEND</strong> region, we are looking for an <strong>ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN.</strong></p><p>Our client is an international leader in high-tech solutions for the defence industry. The company develops autonomous underwater drones that detect, identify, and neutralise naval mines.</p><p>As an <strong>ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN</strong> in the <strong>OSTEND </strong>region, you will play a key role in repairing, testing, and validating electronic assemblies. </p><p>Thanks to your expertise, the electronic systems of our underwater drones operate reliably and meet the highest quality standards.</p><p><strong>Your responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li>Diagnosing faults in electronic assemblies;</li><li>Repairing PCBs at component level;</li><li>Performing precision soldering (SMD and through-hole);</li><li>Repairing electronic components according to established quality standards;</li><li>Accurately documenting analysis and repair results;</li><li>Supporting the testing, validation, and rework of electronic assemblies.</li></ul>

<![CDATA[<p><strong>As an ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN in the OSTEND region, you recognise yourself in the following profile:</strong></p><ul><li>You have strong knowledge of electronics;</li><li>You have experience in electronic diagnostics and component-level repairs;</li><li>You have experience with SMD and through-hole soldering techniques;</li><li>You are able to read and interpret technical schematics and drawings;</li><li>You are computer literate (Linux and MS Office);</li><li>Knowledge of IPC 610, IPC 620, IPC 7711 and IPC 7721 is a plus;</li><li>You have a good command of English; knowledge of French is an advantage;</li><li>Administrative follow-up does not scare you.</li></ul>
