  • SeaQ Communications  to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise, collaborate with skilled colleagues, and contribute to exciting projects across the VARD value chain. Ready to make an impact at VARD? Duties and responsibilities Technical responsibility for system groups; ICT infrastructure, networking, voice communication, CCTV and infotainment Act as technical expert for scope of responsibility. Provide support for the organization together with the team. Participate in, or drive projects and cases within SeaQ Communication scope. Hands-on work in testing and pre-commissioning Support to on-site commissioning and service cases Expected some travel domestic and abroad Qualifications Education; College/University or Vocational School within IT/Telecom Preferred qualifications to design, configure and commission CCTV systems Relevant experience, instead of schooling, will be considered Language; English fluent verbally, and good written, as minimum Preferred experience; 5 years of development and/or delivery of ICT and/or security systems and solutions A plus for experience working within the maritime industry   VARD works systematically for inclusion and diversity and encourage everyone to apply, even if your competence does not match 100% the above.  This employment may require a background check, or security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority.
