YOUR ROLE

• As a Program/Engagement Manager you will help our customers to drive successfully SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering transformative solutions that enable organizations to achieve their business objectives in the digital landscape.
• Project Management: lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects of SAP solutions
• Client Engagement: establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction
• Team Coordination: coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
• Scope Management: define project scope, manage changes, and mitigate risks
• Business Development: identify opportunities for business growth and drive sales

YOUR PROFILE

• A bachelor's or master's degree combined with 10+ years of SAP complex project experience
• Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate cross-functional teams
• A client-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to address client concerns and negotiate win-win solutions
• Business acumen to identify growth opportunities and drive sales
• A collaborative spirit & customer-oriented attitude with focus on delivering quality
• You speak Dutch or French and professional working proficiency in English
