Customer Service Officer: English + Polish OR Lituanian OR Czech - Multiple Shifts - Oostakker

For our client we're looking for a Customer Service Officer.

In this role, you become the voice of support for drivers facing unexpected vehicle issues across Europe. You'll be part of a fast-paced and multilingual contact center where your communication skills, empathy, and sense of urgency play a crucial role in keeping transport moving.

• Handle incoming assistance requests from international customers experiencing roadside vehicle breakdowns.
• Take ownership of each case by coordinating with local service providers and technicians until the issue is resolved.
• Maintain constant communication with both the customer and service partner, providing regular updates and reassurance.
• Think on your feet and apply a proactive approach to problem-solving, often finding creative solutions under time pressure.
• Be an integral part of a tight-knit, multilingual team that thrives on collaboration and mutual support.
• Operate within a 24/7 environment, where teamwork and flexibility are essential to ensuring seamless customer experiences.
• You speak and write fluently in English Czech, and Lithuanian and/or Polish
• Service-driven and naturally inclined to go the extra mile to support customers in stressful situations.
• Strong interpersonal skills help you adapt your communication style to various cultural and professional contexts.
• You enjoy working in a diverse team setting and are always ready to help others succeed.
• Flexibility to work in a rotating shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
