Junior Product Development Intern

As a Junior Product Development Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our product development team and gain hands-on experience in how products move from idea to launch. You will work closely with multiple functions and get insight into the day-to-day operations behind building a strong product assortment within the activewear industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in tracking product timelines, ensuring all samples and lab dips arrive on time

Organise and manage product-related data in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems

Support fittings and communicate updates to suppliers clearly and effectively

Help organise the wardrobe and lab dip folders in a structured and efficient way

Assist with organising and maintaining fabric, trim, and sample references

Support the team with checking and updating material compositions and other basic product specifications

Support communication between Product, Supply Chain, and Marketing

Who You Are

You are currently studying, or have completed studies in, textiles, textile engineering, buying, product development, fashion, or a related field. Previous experience within textiles, purchasing, or product development is also considered an advantage

Highly organised with strong attention to details

Comfortable working in Excel and PowerPoint

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with a “can-do” attitude

Have a strong interest in fashion and the activewear industry
