Field Maintenance Engineer - Industrial sites

Our client is a well-established industrial player providing technical solutions for the construction sector. To strengthen its operations, they are looking for a Maintenance Engineer responsible for ensuring equipment reliability and optimising performance across several sites in Belgium.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment
• Analyse breakdowns and implement sustainable solutions
• Improve equipment performance and availability
• Develop and optimise maintenance strategies and plans
• Collaborate closely with production and technical teams
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Degree in engineering or equivalent (electromechanical, maintenance)
• Experience in industrial maintenance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on mindset with a field-oriented approach
• Willing to work across multiple sites
• Languages: Fluent French + working knowledge of Dutch
