BI Analyst & Automation Specialist - The Role • Design and develop automated workflows, business applications, and data solutions using Python and the Microsoft Power Platform

• Analyze manual processes and transform them into efficient, scalable, and reliable digital workflows
• Build integrations between applications and data sources through APIs and the Microsoft ecosystem
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver innovative solutions that drive operational excellence
• Lead and support automation initiatives while ensuring high standards in testing, documentation, governance, security, and continuous improvement

BI Analyst & Automation Specialist - The Profile • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, Linux, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Experience with data analysis, process automation, and business application development
• Excellent analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
• Fluent in Dutch and comfortable working in an international environment where English is the common language
