Financial Controller

For a leading international player we are looking for a

Financial Controller ready to make an impact in a fast-paced and growing environment.

In this role, you act as a key link between finance and operations. You analyze financial performance, monitor the balance sheet, and provide clear insights and recommendations to management. You will also play an active role in improving processes and profitability.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze and report on financial performance
• Act as a business partner for management and international stakeholders
• Prepare budgets and forecasts
• Identify and monitor financial risks
• Drive process improvements and profitability initiatives
• Minimum 3years experience in controlling, finance, or consultancy
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or related field
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Solid Excel skills; SAP is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Based in Belgium and in possession of a valid work permit
