Become an operator in a two-shift system at Unilin in Desselgem.

• Operating and monitoring machines

→ setting up machines and keeping an eye on the production process

• Performing quality checks

→ ensuring products meet the required standards

• Finishing and packaging products

→ stacking, packing, labeling, and preparing for shipment

• Supplying and moving materials

→ bringing raw materials and moving finished goods (sometimes using a pallet truck or forklift)

• Solving minor technical issues / basic maintenance

→ handling small malfunctions and keeping machines clean

• Working as part of a team

→ ensuring the production process runs smoothly and targets are met

• Hands-on & physical (you are constantly active)
• Fast-paced (production line environment)
• Team-oriented
• Strong focus on safety and quality
• You are willing to perform physical work.
• You are flexible and willing to work in a two-shift system.
• Experience in a production or industrial environment is a plus, but not required.
