Chef / Japanese Hot Kitchen Cook

We are looking for a full-time Chef / Japanese Hot Kitchen Cook for our Japanese food concept in Denmark.

The work includes preparation and cooking of Japanese-inspired hot dishes, including yakisoba, yakitori, grilled dishes, noodles, sauces, toppings and daily mise en place.

The employee will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking during service, following recipes and company standards, keeping a clean workstation, handling food safely and working together with the kitchen and service team.

Experience from a Japanese restaurant, Asian restaurant or other professional kitchen is preferred. Experience with yakitori, teppanyaki, grill, wok or noodle dishes is an advantage.

The applicant must be able to work independently, work efficiently during busy service periods, follow food safety procedures and cooperate with an international team. English is required. Danish, Japanese, Chinese or another relevant language is an advantage but not a requirement.

This is a full-time position. Working hours will be planned according to the business needs and in accordance with the employment contract and Danish employment rules.

The primary workplace is the company’s registered production unit / P-number..

The annual salary will be minimum DKK 446,000 and will be paid monthly.
