Missions:
- Accueil physique et téléphonique des chauffeurs
- Gestion de tâches administratives liées à l'exploitation
- Présence régulière sur la dalle et au sein de l'exploitation, en contact avec les chauffeurs et les équipes terrain
À noter: il ne s'agit pas d'un poste uniquement en bureau fermé. Le poste est polyvalent et alterne entre administratif et terrain / exploitation.
Prérequis:
- Maîtrise du Pack Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook
- Polyvalent(e)
- Autonome
- Ponctuel(le)
- Rigoureux(se)
- Bon relationnel
- Savoir travailler en équipe
