• Strategic Leadership: Develop comprehensive vision and goals for Data Center Operations across the Sweden region
• Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing management team
• Operational Excellence: Optimize existing data center processes and implement innovative improvement strategies
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee maintenance of current data centers and support expansion of new facilities
• Performance Optimization: Establish clear performance metrics, track progress, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Basic qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale technological services
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams, including direct management of people managers
• Proven ability to deliver complex technological projects
• Technical understanding of data center infrastructure
• Valid EU driving license

Preferred qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of network scaling and hardware systems
• Experience in data center operations
• Advanced degree in technology, engineering, or business management
• Deep understanding of server and network infrastructure
