About the Role

You will step into a broad legal role in a European business unit where commercial decisions move quickly and legal support needs to create clarity, structure and momentum. The work spans commercial structuring, competition law, M&A-related matters and day-to-day business advisory, with close collaboration across marketing, operations, sourcing and business development.

This is a role for you if you enjoy working close to the business, shaping practical legal frameworks and helping teams make sound decisions in complex situations. You get a wide interface and real influence in commercially important topics across multiple European markets.

Job DescriptionYou will advise the business on commercial structuring, contract matters and strategic collaborations.

You will support stakeholders in marketing, operations, sourcing and business development on legal and commercial questions.

You will provide guidance on competition law, trade terms and consumer protection across European jurisdictions.

You will work closely with sales, sourcing and operations on pricing models, discount schemes and trade arrangements.

You will contribute to M&A-related activities and route-to-market changes from a legal perspective.

You will create or refine legal frameworks and processes in areas where structure is still developing.

You will help senior stakeholders navigate ambiguity and turn complex issues into practical, business-oriented actions.

RequirementsStrong track record in commercial contract negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and legal advisory across operations, sales and supply chain.

Experience providing legal guidance on competition law, trade terms, and consumer protection across diverse European jurisdictions.

Ability to collaborate closely with sales, sourcing and operations teams, advising on pricing models, discount schemes, and trade arrangements.

You are commercially aware and motivated by understanding the business and adding value beyond legal parameters.

You are adaptable and self-directed, with the ability to create legal frameworks and processes in areas that may lack existing structure.

You are confident in navigating ambiguity and bringing clarity to complex or novel legal and commercial questions.

You are a persuasive and collaborative communicator, capable of coaching and influencing senior stakeholders and business partners.
