About the Role

You will join a People Experience team in a manufacturing environment where HR plays a key role in supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term people priorities. The role combines hands-on HR work with close business partnership, giving you the opportunity to support leaders, strengthen people processes, and contribute to organizational development in a setting with both blue-collar and white-collar employees.

This is a broad senior HR role where you will work closely with managers and specialist colleagues across a wide range of topics, from employee relations to onboarding and change initiatives. It is a great opportunity if you enjoy being close to the business and want to influence how HR creates value in a dynamic production environment.

Job DescriptionYou will act as an HR partner to local business teams and support managers in operational HR matters.

You will coach and guide leaders in performance management, organizational development, people development, and change management.

You will support business-related HR initiatives, including development activities, smaller organizational changes, and people-related analysis.

You will help managers use the right tools and approaches for performance, talent, career, and team development.

You will advise on HR policies, programs, and local practices to ensure consistent and professional people support.

You will provide guidance on labor law, collective agreements, and policy-related employee matters.

You will own and follow up on onboarding plans, processes, and activities.

You will prepare job and position descriptions and initiate recruitment processes together with the relevant stakeholders.

RequirementsBroad experience as an HR professional, preferably in roles such as HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or similar.

Deep knowledge of labor law.

Experience supporting managers across a broad range of operational HR topics.

Experience working with performance management, organizational development, people development, and change management.

Experience advising on collective agreements, HR policies, and remuneration-related matters.

Experience with onboarding processes and recruitment-related activities.

You work in a calm, structured, and methodical way and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent Swedish and English.

Nice to haveExperience from a manufacturing environment.

Experience supporting an organization with both blue-collar and white-collar employee groups.
