Project Manager, Solution Architect & Requirements Analyst

Consulting Team – Project Manager, Solution Architect & Requirements Analyst | Stockholm

We are looking for an experienced consulting team consisting of a Project Manager, Solution Architect and Requirements Analyst for a long-term assignment focused on the planning, procurement and establishment of a supply system/ERP solution.

Location: Stockholm

Working method: Partial remote

Start: Immediate

Duration: Until 30 September 2027, with possible extensions

Scope: Approximately 3–4 FTE

The assignment covers the full process from needs analysis and process mapping to solution architecture, requirements management, procurement and preparation for implementation.

Project Manager

Competency level 4

10+ years of experience leading IT projects through the full project lifecycle

5+ years of experience in change, process and business development within complex organizations

Experience with established project methodologies, such as Projektil

Experience in IT procurement and requirements setting

Strong technical understanding and ability to translate business needs into IT solutions

Relevant academic degree

Very good Swedish, spoken and written

Solution Architect

Competency level 4

10+ years of experience as a Solution, Domain or Enterprise Architect

Extensive experience with ERP or other mission-critical platform implementations or procurements

Strong experience in integration architecture and data migration

Experience with supply systems and related processes

Experience working across business processes, information and IT

Strong understanding of architecture principles, standards, methods and frameworks

Relevant academic degree

Very good Swedish, spoken and written

Requirements Analyst

Competency level 4

10+ years of experience in requirements management involving ERP or other large, mission-critical platforms

Experience with systems supporting supply processes

Relevant academic degree

Very good Swedish, spoken and written

Team requirement: At least 2/3 of the team must have previously worked together on assignments with similar conditions and deliverables and be able to provide this as a reference.
