Sales Consultant (Maid Agency)

Job Descriptions

Assist with customers on MDWs (Migrant Domestic Workers) hiring inquiries and handle after-sales issues, including service recovery as needed.

Facilitate the selection & interview of MDWs.

Perform administrative and training duties in connection with the placement of MDWs.

Ensure that all the necessary documents are processed with the MOM.

To perform other job related and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Those with Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) will be advantageous. Candidates without CEI but is keen to enter the industry is welcomed.(We will sponsor the course fee and exam fees)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role or in the service industry is a plus.

Able to work on weekends and public holidays, with days off according to the duty roster.
