Job Summary
Join INFUSION ROASTERY CAFE as a Barista (Head, Senior, or Junior) to craft specialty coffee and deliver excellent customer service in a vibrant cafe environment.
Responsibilities
Brew specialty coffee consistently to meet quality standards
Explain different types of coffee clearly to customers to enhance their experience
Create high-quality latte art and craft drinks with precision and creativity
Deliver excellent customer service by engaging positively with customers and addressing their needs
Demonstrate passion and strong interest in coffee to contribute to the cafe’s culture
Maintain a positive and bright attitude while upholding good work ethics during all shifts
Prioritize learning or applying skills related to roasting coffee beans, if interested or experienced
