Social Media Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily posting, content creation and community management for our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu.

Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, as well as handle customer appointment management.

Conduct on-site photoshoots at various store locations, and coordinate promotional activities & appointments with respective store managers.

Track and report basic social media performance data (engagement, reach, bookings) to support marketing decisions.

Requirements

Proficient in using Facebook, Instagram and Xiaohongshu for daily operations.

Basic skills in content creation (photo taking, simple video editing, design tools).

Good communication and coordination skills, comfortable working with store teams and customers.

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new social media trends.

Familiar with Singapore local social media trends and audience preferences.
