Quantity Surveyor

Job Description &Requirements:

Manage full quantity surveying duties across entire project lifecycles, from tender stage through to final accounts.

Prepare timely tender submissions for plumbing, sanitary and gas works, including performing quantity measurement and taking-off.

Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to understand project scope and requirements.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract conditions with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve cost-effective project outcomes.

Assist in contract administration, variation orders (VO), claims, final accounts, settlements and subcontractor payments, throughout project execution.

Maintain proper documentation for contracts, quotations, progress claims, and project records.

Perform all other QS related duties or any other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.

2–3 years of quantity surveying experience in Plumbing Sanitary Gas, M&E or related industries is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of measurement, cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration.

Strong understanding of construction contracts, contractual compliance, and industry practices, with the ability to review and interpret contractual terms and project requirements.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with drawings and specifications.
