Quality Assurance Engineer (West / Pioneer / 5-Day Work Week)

Responsibilities

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Management System (QMS) to enhance process effectiveness.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve process-related issues.

Analyze customer complaints and deliver timely, effective responses to maintain customer satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with Customers and Operations teams to ensure new product transfers meet approved manufacturing requirements.

Prepare and present quality performance metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirement

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or an equivalent technical field.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) within a manufacturing environment.

Proficient, working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.

Strong command of English, both oral and written, for customer correspondence and report writing.

Ability to work independently and troubleshoot manufacturing quality issues on the ground from day one.

Preferred Competencies:

Knowledge of API Q1 standards (Oil & Gas sector exposure).

Familiarity with the metalworking, machining, or precision engineering industry.

Clear understanding of engineering risk assessment principles and methods.

Prior experience utilizing SAP software for quality workflows or ERP tracking.
