Job Description & Requirements

Requirements

Certified Personal Trainer with a recognised certification; ie ACSM, NCSF, ACE, NASM, or any similar accredited program

Minimum 2–3 years of personal training experience, with some experience mentoring or guiding junior staff

Willing to continuously learn and expand their knowledge in the field of fitness and exercise science

Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals

Tasks:

Develop personalised fitness programs that cater to each client's unique goals, needs, and health conditions, ensuring a tailored approach to their fitness journey

Closely monitor client progress, provide motivation and encouragement to keep them committed and on track to achieving their fitness goals

Educate on proper form to prevent injury and promote effective workouts

Support and mentor junior trainers, providing guidance on programming, client handling, and professional development

Assist in day-to-day team coordination, including scheduling and session quality, while remaining primarily client-facing

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workout environment for everyone
