Inside Sales Executive (Automotive)

Job Description:

In charge of managing and developing relationships with an assigned portfolio of existing customers to enhance retention and business growth.

In charge of sourcing and pursing new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, and networking activities.

Responsible in keeping accurate and updated customer information while preparing regular sales performance reports

Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and a positive customer experience.

In charge of supporting the planning and implementation of sales strategies that contribute to the company’s business objectives.

Requirements

Min Nitec and above

Minimum 3 years of working experience in inside sales / account management in the car rental industry

Familiarity with CRM platforms and analytical tools for monitoring and reporting sales activities.
