Block/Compound/Clubhouse Cleaner

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Condominium General Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of the condominium's common areas. The successful candidate will ensure that residents and visitors enjoy a clean, safe, and pleasant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain common areas, including lift lobbies, corridors, staircases, function rooms, gym, clubhouse, management office, and other shared facilities.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.

Clean glass panels, windows, mirrors, handrails, and doors.

Empty rubbish bins and replace bin liners.

Collect and dispose of waste according to site procedures.

Clean and sanitize toilets, including replenishing soap, tissue paper, and other consumables.

Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.

Assist in cleaning outdoor areas such as walkways, drop-off points, and surrounding compound.

Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Operate cleaning equipment safely and properly.

Follow workplace safety regulations and company cleaning standards.

Perform any other cleaning duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

No experience required; training will be provided.

Previous cleaning experience in residential or commercial buildings is an advantage.

Physically fit and able to perform manual work.

Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Able to communicate basic English/Malay/Chinese.

Working Hours

5.5/6 days work week
