Responsibilities
In charge of performing daily operational activities in commercial building which includes attending to tenants' enquiries, needs and complaints.
Responsible in performing preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control
Requirements
Min Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
Min 2 years of working experience in facilities management/ ACMV
Rotating shift is requried
