Robotics Engineer (Aerospace)

Job Description:

In charge of designing, developing and modify guidance, navigation, and flight control systems and algorithms for company aircraft systems.

Responsible in analyzing flight data to verify flight performance and to help to troubleshoot issues that are found during the flights of company drone systems.

In charge of selecting, testing, evaluating and integrating new sensors or navigation systems onto the company drone systems

In charge of the generating documentation on the specifications, design, test procedures and test results of the GNC systems and algorithms that were developed.

Responsible in developing and modifying 6-DOF and hardware-in-the-loop in simulation environments.

In charge of supporting ground and flight test activities

Responsible in participating in design and code reviews.

Working with the cross function departments

Job Requirement:

Minimum Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Aerospace/ Mechatronics Engineering or relevant

Minimum 4 years of working experience in system modelling and control, analysis, and simulation in aircraft applications. and developing model-based design and analyses using MATLAB/Simulink.

Proficient in C/C++ programming language and software and development tools such as Linux, ROS and Git.

Knowledge in inertial and other type of sensors for navigation

Knowledge in Kalman filtering, digital signal processing and sensor data fusion.
