QA Inspector

Job Description:

Responsible for performing job inspection at first piece, in process and final inspection per the Job Instructions Sheet plans.

Responsible for performing First Article Inspection (FAI).

Responsible for performing dimensional inspection using a variety of inspection gages & equipment.

Taking care of initiate Quality Notification (QN) for non-conformance when products are not meeting Quality and Engineering requirement.

Responsible for performing proper use and maintenance of gages and inspection equipment.

Responsible for performing proper documentation including inspection stamping of quality paperwork.

Maintain and improve 5S standards on workstations and responsible areas.

Job Requirements:

Min Nitec in Precision/Mechanical Engineering or higher.

Min 2 Years of experience in quality control with experience in CMM
