Repair Process Engineer

Job Description:

In charge of conducting and certify scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair, and testing of aircraft systems and components.

Responsible for carrying out complex tasks such as engine servicing and component replacement, troubleshooting defects, and maintaining production equipment.

In charge of performing detailed inspections of aircraft structures, landing gear, engines, and other critical systems.

In charge of leading and supervising teams of technicians to complete maintenance tasks efficiently.

Responsible in promoting and upholding a culture of safety among maintenance teams and ensure all activities comply with quality standards.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all maintenance activities and certifications.

Ensure all work is performed in accordance with regulations from the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

Job Requirement:

Minimum Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in MRO industry

Knowledge of special processes such as Weldng (TIG/EBW), Thermal Spray, Heat Treatment, Machining will be advantage
