BIM Modeller

Responsibilities

Develop detailed 3D BIM models (Revit) and create Revit Families/Components.

Produce 2D construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.

Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP systems using Navisworks.

Work with engineers for design inputs, attend site meetings, and update models throughout the project life cycle.

Ensure models adhere to Singapore's codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Extract quantities for cost estimation and procurement.

Requirements

Min Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Drafting or related field

Min 1 year of relevant experience

Familiarity with ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) and security systems.

Autodesk Revit and Navisworks is essential.
