Pilates Studio Manager

This hybrid position is seeking mid-career individuals aged 40+, with Pilates teaching experience, who are seeking career transition into wellness operations and management. This role will report to studio director and work with a group of Pilates instructor and clients, equipping them with below skill sets. Please note having pilates teaching experience is a prerequisite.

Studio Operations

Trainee will be able to independently manage class scheduling, coordinate instructor allocation, and ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations with minimal supervision

Ensure studio cleanliness and upkeep, keep stock of supplies, as well as inventory management

Instructor Team Management

Trainee will be able to support instructor onboarding, coordinate team schedules, provide basic performance feedback, and contribute to staff engagement and retention initiatives.

Client Management

Trainee will be able to independently onboard clients, assess their needs, and manage client relationships to ensure a positive and consistent studio experience.

Leadership Readiness

Trainee will be able to demonstrate readiness for a Studio Manager role by making operational decisions, handling client and staff matters, and supporting overall studio performance with minimal supervision.
