Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and learning experiences aligned with the preschool curriculum.

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that supports children's holistic development.

Observe, assess, and document children's learning progress and developmental milestones.

Support children's daily routines, including meals, hygiene, rest time, and classroom transitions.

Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ECDA regulations, centre policies, and safety standards.

Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, professional development, and centre initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or an ECDA-recognized equivalent.

Valid ECDA L2 Teacher Certification.

Passionate about early childhood education and committed to nurturing young learners.

Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
