Veterinary Nurse/ Senior Nurse

Evaluate and facilitate the admission process for new patients.

Provide support for anesthesia monitoring and recovery in emergency situations.

Assist emergency veterinarians with the care and treatment of hospitalized patients, including those in the ICU.

Oversee critical patients in the ward and ICU.

Perform radiographic imaging.

Restrain patients for exams and treatments.

Prepare and discharge patients for surgeries, including postoperative bandaging and recovery.

Communicate effectively with clients.

Participate in inpatient rounds and engage in self-directed learning activities, such as attending continuing education lectures and reviewing relevant literature.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in veterinary technology/nursing relevant qualifications

Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital setting is preferred.
